Welcome to Scholars Hub Coaching Classes, located in Chala, Vapi, Gujarat. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our coaching services and outline the rights and responsibilities of both Scholars Hub Coaching Classes (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and our students/parents/guardians (“you” or “your”).
By enrolling a student in our classes, making payments, or otherwise utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
Scholars Hub Coaching Classes provides comprehensive academic coaching for students from Standard V to XII, covering both CBSE and GSEB curricula. Our services include, but are not limited to, regular classroom instruction, doubt-clearing sessions, periodic tests, and study material assistance as deemed appropriate by our faculty.
2. Eligibility for Enrollment
- Students must be currently enrolled in Standard V to XII to be eligible for our respective coaching programs.
- Parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information during the admission process.
- We reserve the right to deny admission to any student if, in our sole discretion, we believe it is not in the best interest of the student or our learning environment.
3. Admission and Fees
- Admission Process: Enrollment is subject to availability and completion of the admission form, along with submission of all required documents.
- Fee Structure: Details regarding tuition fees, payment schedules, and any additional charges (e.g., for study materials, special workshops) will be provided at the time of inquiry or admission. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-negotiable unless otherwise specified.
- Payment Terms:
- Fees must be paid by the due dates specified in the payment schedule.
- Late payments may incur a late fee as communicated by Scholars Hub.
- Bounced cheques may result in additional charges and require immediate payment via alternative methods.
- Fee Revision: Scholars Hub reserves the right to revise the fee structure at any time. However, any changes will typically be communicated in advance and will generally apply to new enrollments or the start of a new academic session.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- No Refund Policy: All fees paid to Scholars Hub Coaching Classes are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- A student’s withdrawal from the course for any reason (e.g., personal reasons, change of school, relocation, dissatisfaction).
- Expulsion of a student due to disciplinary action.
- Non-attendance by the student.
- Closure of classes due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural calamities, government directives, public unrest).
- Transfers: Fees are non-transferable from one student to another or from one course/batch to another unless explicitly permitted by Scholars Hub management in exceptional circumstances.
5. Student Conduct and Discipline
- Students are expected to maintain a respectful, disciplined, and conducive learning environment.
- Any form of disruptive behavior, bullying, harassment, vandalism, or dishonesty (including cheating) will not be tolerated.
- Students must adhere to the rules and regulations of the coaching center as displayed or communicated from time to time.
- Scholars Hub reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension or permanent expulsion, against any student violating these terms. No refund of fees will be provided in case of expulsion.
6. Attendance
- Students are encouraged to maintain regular attendance to benefit fully from the coaching.
- Scholars Hub is not responsible for covering missed lessons due to student absence. No fee reduction or additional classes will be provided for missed sessions.
7. Study Material and Intellectual Property
- All study materials, notes, tests, and other educational content provided by Scholars Hub are the intellectual property of Scholars Hub Coaching Classes.
- Students are provided these materials for their personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of these materials without explicit written consent from Scholars Hub is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Scholars Hub Coaching Classes will make every reasonable effort to provide high-quality coaching services. However, we do not guarantee specific academic results or outcomes.
- Scholars Hub shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or accident sustained by students within the coaching center premises, except in cases of proven gross negligence on our part.
- We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings of students brought to the center.
9. Communication

The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or at our center. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
